Critical thinking cycle model to promote critical thinking disposition and critical thinking skills of pre-service science teacher

Developing critical thinking in teaching-learning activity is a major issue for educational institutions, and giving appropriate learning model intervention certainly provides an assurance to successfully develop competitive graduates Industrial Revolution 4.0 challenges. This research aims validate the development of Critical Thinking Cycle (CTC) as intervention. It employs through validation study design by examining two criteria, content validity (relevance) constructs (consistency). The involved five experts Focus Group Discussion (FGD). results show that CTC was valid reliable (proved 75% experts' agreement) which means possibly implemented promote disposition skills from pre-service teachers. Yet, future study, there need conduct other determine effectiveness practicality increase skills. Keywords: (relevance), construct (consistency), Learning Model.
